Excellent location.

A
once-nice hotel that has let itself go. Not a 4 star - more of a 3.5 star.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel!
This is not a four star hotel.

We paid for a 4 star hotel. The Orlando is no more than a 2 star! This is a cheaply renovated 1950's Holiday Inn with only minor improvements! The bathroom had not been remodeled and there were still cigarette burns on the old-fashioned mica counters. The tub had no plug! We moved rooms three times trying to find an acceptable room to no avail. All rooms had extremely noisy air-conditioning from outside. Also, while their website showed a complimentary continental breakfast, this was not extended to us. We had to pay $20 for burnt eggs. There were thermostats and fixtures hanging off the wall. Florescent lighting in the halls was dismal and dark and cut flowers in vases in the lobby and restaurant were dead! ...read more

Location
Not up to star level indicated, disappointing.

Room smelled of old smoke and was clearly an old hotel partially updated, the room size was decent but this was definitely not a "4" star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

Not good, Certainly not a four star hotel. Ugly, poor lighting and
very average.

Not up to standard. Very amateur. Poor quality lighting and decor. Restaurant and bar area were sub par and not of high quality.

The front desk was amazingly friendly & helpful.
Felt like a converted Motel at best. Nothing luxurious about it at all.

Very friendly & helpful staff. However, that was the only highlight. The hotel felt like a converted motel at best. Nothing luxurious about it - definitely not at a 4 star. Bathroom was old with old fixtures - stained grouting around sink, door stuck you get the picture. Dingy hallway. ...read more
